10 Micro Job Sites That Pay $10 a Day

When you need to make money online in a hurry, you don’t have the luxury of always waiting to find a freelancing gig, online job, or many of the side hustles that people do.

Technically, my very first work from home job was a micro job on Amazon Mechanical Turk. It took me just minutes to register an account on MTurk. Then, I was able…

Here are a few examples of micro jobs:

Taking surveys
Transcribing audio
Identifying and labeling objects
Categorizing data
Training AI algorithms
Conducting online searches
Writing reviews
While most legit gigs that allow you to make money fast often don’t pay that well, completing micro jobs can enable you to earn extra money when you are really in a bind. Furthermore, if you are ambitious enough to join and work on all of these micro job sites on a daily basis, you might even be able to earn $100 a day from completing short tasks online.

1. Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk)

I mentioned it at the top of the article, but Mechanical Turk is my favorite micro job site. Out of all of the crowdsouring platforms online, MTurk is by far the largest and tends to have the most available tasks. Most casual Turkers earn around $10 — $20 a day. However, it’s possible to earn $50 a day on MTurk (or even more).

2. Microworkers

Microworkers was the second crowdsouring platform that I joined after Mechanical Turk. While the site doesn’t always have as many micro jobs as MTurk, you can still earn $10 a day (and sometimes more). The site tends to have a lot of search engine tasks, as well as surveys.

3. Clickworker

While Clickworker UHRS can be more like a regular part-time work from home job, the main Clickworker site offers micro jobs like surveys, search engine tasks, and categorizing data, among others. Occasionally, a task will pay over $1.00. So, you can definitely hit your $10 daily earnings goal on Clickworker.

4. Appen

Appen is another popular site known for having work form home jobs like search engine evaluator positions. However, the platform also has various crowdsouring projects that can include a wide range of micro jobs. For example, transcribing audio files, labeling images, and content moderation, to name a few — making it easy to earn at least $10 a day.

5. OneSpace

My very first freelance writing gig was actually for a micro job on OneSpace. In fact, unlike the other crowdsouring platforms on this list, OneSpace is tailored more towards professional services like writing and editing. So, if you are looking for something different from your standard micro job, this platform is definitely worth checking out.

6. Toloka

Toloka is another crowdsouring site that offers something different from your typical micro jobs. Specifically, the site is geared toward projects related to research and AI. You can also find tasks related to categorizing information and labeling data.

7. SproutGigs

SproutGigs is an online platform that connects business owners with freelancers who can perform affordable, easy-to-do tasks. Unlike your typical low-paying micro job, many of the short jobs available on SproutGigs pay upwards of $10. I even saw one gig listed that pays $26.

8. Slice The Pie

Slice The Pie offers micro jobs that let you share your opinion and write reviews. In fact, many of the tasks available on the site are related to reviewing songs and albums for musical artists. The more helpful your review is, the more money you can earn.

9. TranscribeMe

TranscribeMe is a transcription site that works like a crowdsouring platform. Basically, you will earn money online by transcribing short audio files. If you are a fast, accurate typer, and you are looking for the opportunity to earn more than you can on other micro job sites, then you should check out TranscribeMe.

10. ySense

Finally, ySense pays crowdworkers to try new products and services, complete surveys, and test apps. Additionally, you can earn generous referral bonuses that are up to 30% of what your referrals earn on the platform.
