Hi Everyone; in this post, I will share with you 6 steps to start affiliate marketing without any investment and working Only 1-2 Hours a Day. Then, scaling into a recurring passive $1000/Month Income.

To be honest, this will not make you rich in 1 month!

But it can help you build an income stream that pays your bills, and maybe after 1 year, quit your 9–5 Job! and rely only on this stream.

Step 1: Pick a Niche

What exactly is a niche?

A niche is not only the topic that you are going to create content about, but It’s also the approach you’re going to take, the audience you want to target, and the way you’re going to talk to them and position yourself as someone who is an expert in the field or simply someone who is willing to share their experience in the topic.

You must know that when you pick a niche, it doesn’t mean you need to stick with it for your entire life! Instead, it can evolve by adding more topics related to your main Niche.

We don’t want to waste time searching for content ideas that help us promote our affiliate products, so here are some tips that help you never run out of ideas:

1. Follow Blogs in your Niche

On Google, search for 5–10 of the top blogs in the Niche you selected. And you can subscribe to their RSS feed if you want.

2. Follow YouTubers in Your Niche

The Same for youtube. Find top YouTubers in Your Niche and Follow them.

3. Join Newsletters in Your Niche

Search for newsletters in Your Niche, and Join, for example. I am subscribed to StackedMarketer, a Great Daily Newsletter in the marketing niche.

Now, it is time to find some affiliate programs to promote.

2. Keep your stories simple and to the point: Use Headings to break down your post and make it easy to skim and read. Don’t fluff; be direct and to the point.

3. Start With Short Posts (3–4 minutes read time): to publish 2–3 posts per week, start with short posts, straightforward, helpful content that people will love and get value from in a short time.

Promote Affiliate Links in Your Medium Posts

Now, it is time to add affiliate links to your posts, but make sure not to overuse and spam them. Just add when it is relevant.

And don’t forget to add Affiliate Disclosure at the end of your posts like this:

💡 Important Tip: Use a URL Tracker to track clicks and see how much traffic you are getting from your posts.

Create 2–3 Posts on Medium Per Week.

From now on, try to publish 2–3 posts on your Medium blog every week.

Make sure to track your performance and optimize when needed.

You can optimize by running A/B Split Tests on Titles and Featured Images.

And Make sure to optimize your posts for SEO by setting your SEO Settings for each post.

Step 6: Scaling to $1000 a Month

Let me share with you now some ideas to scale this business to a stable $1000/ Month or even More:

1. Start Your Own Blog, Create a More detailed Version of your medium posts, publish it on your blog, then optimize for other keywords to get traffic from Google.

2. Repropose Medium Posts on other platforms like Quora and Social Media. For example, I created a Quora space. And I publish a short version of the same posts on it to reach more people on Quora.

3. Repurpose your posts as Videos and Start a YouTube Channel.

4. Repurpose as Short form Videos and Syndicate on YouTube, Insta Reels, and Tiktok.
