Redbubble is one of the best print-on-demand platforms that new and established designer are able to make sales from their creative work.

However, the platform has drastically improved it’s concept and introduced new products to the market, which brings not only more customers and expanded opportunities for sellers, but also great competition.

Without creating and implementing a strategy, it has become harder than ever to simply make sales from simple designs.

I’ll share with you strategy that I implement that breaks down how I divide my portfolio in order to create diversity in my designs and stand out.

I have implemented this exact strategy, and within six months it has brought me 189 sales on my new Redbubble account.

My simple design formula: 80% niche-based, 10% general, and 10% trending designs.

Let’s break it down:

80%

Start by focusing on making 80% of designs niche-based

10%

General designs will bring in sales but not as consistently and regularly as your niche designs, yet are still essential.

10%

Trending designs which will give you a boost in sales during the trend season which at the same time these need to be monitored and updated regularly.

  • Avoid deleting them since you never know when they might bring in the random sale.

Good luck on your Redbubble Journey
