Planning also prevents us from arriving late to work or forgetting important tasks due to lack of sleep. It also prevents us from working in teams without being able to rest or take breaks. By planning our work, we save time by eliminating the need to organize every moment.
It’s important to find a balance between work and rest to avoid burnout and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips for organizing your day to reduce fatigue:
1. Make a schedule: Having a schedule can help you plan your day and focus on your tasks. Try to stick to a consistent schedule as much as possible.
